Book a big-name removals aggregator and your job gets auctioned to whichever driver bids lowest that morning. Book us, and the person you spoke to on the phone is the person carrying your wardrobe down the stairs.
Masood and Ahmad have been moving Londoners' homes, student rooms and awkward single items for years — first with a standard van, now with an extra-long wheelbase van with a securely lined interior, one of the biggest you can put on the road without an HGV licence. Most flat moves fit in a single trip, which is the difference between a two-hour bill and a four-hour one.
Why small is a strength
When the same two people quote the job, load the van, drive it and unload it, nothing gets lost in translation. Nobody shrugs and says "that's not what I was told". If we say we'll wrap the glass cabinet, the person who said it is the person wrapping it. That chain of accountability is what a two-person firm has that a fleet never will.
It also means we're honest about capacity. If we can't do your date, we'll say so on the phone — not take the booking and cancel the night before.
