From the canal flats to the A13
East London moves make up a big slice of our diary: warehouse conversions and new-build blocks around Hackney Wick and Bow, high-rise moves in Stratford and Canning Town, terraces in Walthamstow and Leyton, and family houses out through Ilford, Barking and Dagenham.
New-build blocks in Tower Hamlets and Newham usually mean booking the service lift and a loading bay slot — tell us the building and we'll work to its rules. Older streets in Hackney and Waltham Forest mean narrow one-ways and residents' bays instead; we plan the van's position before we arrive so the clock isn't running while we circle.
Redbridge and Barking & Dagenham runs often pair with a trip out to Essex — which is easy for us, because the van doesn't stop at the North Circular. Neither do we.
